Brian McCarthy

A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Brian spent 7 years with a production homebuilder in the Albuquerque, NM area.  He served in several roles, including Marketing Coordinator and Manager of the mortgage company before being promoted to Division President.  During his tenure as Division President, the organization achieved $97M in gross sales, increased net income by both percentage and dollar amount, developed a quality system based on ISO 9000 standards, reduced warranty expense and accelerated build cycle time.  Brian left his position as Division President to pursue the PFNC mission in the summer of 2007.

Brian received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX.  He completed his Executive MBA at the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management.  It was a site visit to Ciudad Juárez during this program when Brian became aware of the poor living conditions and market need along the US-México border.  Brian lives just outside of Albuquerque with his wife and 3 children.
