Pablo Nava - Vice President & Co-Founder

Pablo, a dual citizen with the US and México, is following in his late father's footsteps of social entrepreneurship along the US-México border by Co-Founding PFNC with his cousin CEO Brian McCarthy. He received his BBA in Business and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame where PFNC won the 2007 Business Plan Competition.  Pablo speaks Spanish, and brings human resources, strategic management and sales expertise to the PFNC team.  He is also the place kicker for the New Mexico Wildcats arena football team.  Pablo lives and works in El Paso, TX.

Mackenzie Bishop - Director of Business Development

Mackenzie rejoins CEO Brian McCarthy with PFNC after the two worked closely together in production homebuilding in Albuquerque, NM.  He brings production homebuilding, marketing, and financial management experience to the PFNC team. In his previous position of Marketing Coordinator for a large production homebuilder, the company successfully launched more than 10 new subdivisions and for the first time rose to number one in market share in Q3 of 2006.  Mackenzie received his BBA in Entrepreneurial Studies Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico, and lives and works in El Paso, TX with his fiancée.
